Top: Reference: Ask an Expert: Writing (7)

Description1. Definitions: "Ask" means a user defined question, not a question selected from a pre-programmed list. "Expert" means a qualified human being. "Writing" is defined as the written use of the English language, including technical and creative aspects. Any human being whose qualifications are clearly posted and available for review by the site user shall be considered a "qualified" expert. Therefore, sites listed in this category should allow all site users to ask their own questions regarding the written use of the English language of a qualified human expert. 2. This category is for free answers to questions. Sites that do not provide any free services should be listed elsewhere. Sites that provide limited free services are acceptable. 3. This category is a very specific subcategory of the Reference: Ask an Expert list. Sites that include a broad range of subjects should be listed in the larger category. Note that any rules or restrictions governing the larger category shall also apply to this subcategory.
